How we handle your information.

When you reach out — by email, by booking a conversation, or otherwise — we collect what you provide directly: typically name, email, company, and the content of your message. We don't collect payment information through this website.

We use a small number of third-party services to run our business, and information you provide may pass through them:

• Cal.com — for scheduling conversations. When you book a meeting, Cal.com processes your name, email, and scheduling details.
• HubSpot — as our client relationship system. Contact information you share with us may be stored here.
• Xero — for invoicing and accounting. Client billing information is processed here once an engagement begins; this doesn't apply to general site visitors.
• Microsoft Forms — for applications to offers such as The AI Shortlist. When you apply, Microsoft Forms processes your answers, including your name, email, and organization details, and we use them only to assess your application.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf. We use them only to run day-to-day operations — not to sell or share your information for advertising.

This site does not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, and it sets no cookies of its own. Your browser may store a small setting on this device, such as whether you have dismissed a notice, but nothing is sent to us or to a third party.

If we turn on analytics in the future, it will not run until you accept it. We will show a short notice on your first visit and update this policy before anything is collected.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, deliver engagements you've signed up for, and maintain accurate business records. We don't use client data to train AI models, and we don't sell personal information to third parties.

We retain contact and engagement information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, financial records related to invoicing).

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records. To make a request, email hello@relatioco.com.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
