How we handle your information.

When you reach out — by email, by booking a conversation, or otherwise — we collect what you provide directly: typically name, email, company, and the content of your message. We don't collect payment information through this website.

We use a small number of third-party services to run our business, and information you provide may pass through them:

• Cal.com — for scheduling conversations. When you book a meeting, Cal.com processes your name, email, and scheduling details.
• HubSpot — as our client relationship system. Contact information you share with us may be stored here.
• Xero — for invoicing and accounting. Client billing information is processed here once an engagement begins; this doesn't apply to general site visitors.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf. We use them only to run day-to-day operations — not to sell or share your information for advertising.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how this site is used — which pages are read, where visitors arrive from, and how many people click through to book a conversation. Google Analytics sets a cookie in your browser and processes a limited set of technical data, including a truncated IP address, your approximate location, and the pages you view.

Analytics does not run until you accept it. On your first visit we show a short notice; if you decline, or simply ignore it, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the notice back.

We use analytics only in aggregate, to decide what to write next. We do not run advertising, we do not use Google Signals or remarketing audiences, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data. This site sets no other cookies of its own.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, deliver engagements you've signed up for, and maintain accurate business records. We don't use AI models to train on client data, and we don't sell personal information to third parties.

We retain contact and engagement information for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, financial records related to invoicing).

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records. To make a request, email hello@relatioco.com.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
