Community Summit NA 2026 · For attendees

The AI Shortlist

Free for one organization · 13 days left

Where AI fits in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform,
and where it doesn't.

One page of verdicts on every AI option you have, and the reasoning behind each: what to do first, what to do later, and what to leave alone. Bring a list of ideas, a stalled pilot, vendor proposals to weigh, or nothing yet. We take what you have and add what you're missing. Normally a paid, fixed-fee engagement. Free for one organization attending Summit.

No access to your systems. We work from conversations and a few standard reports.

What you get

One page. Every idea, a verdict.

Every option on your list gets the same answers: why, what it's worth, what must be true first, who owns it, and for a "Do", what to do first. Below, one illustrative example of each verdict for a mid-market distributor on Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

Verdict

Do

Copilot for the inside sales desk

Why
Reps spend a third of the day on quote lookups and order status the system already knows.
What it's worth
More than it costs, several times over, in recovered selling time.
What must be true first
Item master and pricing are already clean. Nothing to fix.
Who owns it
VP Sales, with IT as a supplier, not the owner.
What to do first
A four-week pilot with one team, a named measure, and two things to demand of whoever delivers it.

Verdict

Not yet

The Copilot rollout that stalled in IT

Why
The pilot was scoped as an IT project with no business owner, so nobody measured it. The use case is sound; the setup wasn't.
What it's worth
Most of the original business case, once it has an owner and a measure.
What must be true first
Name the business owner, pick one team, agree what "working" means. Six weeks.
Who owns it
Head of Customer Service. Revisit in Q1.

Verdict

Don't

Demand forecasting add-on, as proposed

Why
Eighty percent of volume is contracted. The forecast it improves is the slice you already manage by hand in an afternoon.
What it's worth
Less than it would cost you, with a data project on top.
What must be true first
Not applicable. The economics don't change with better data.
Who owns it
Nobody. Decline the proposal, and we give you the numbers to say why.

Illustrative. Situations invented for this example; yours come from your numbers.

We don't implement or resell, so the answer doesn't depend on what we'd sell you next. "Not yet" and "don't" are on the table.

Built with ARIA, our AI-native method. AI covers your reports and what your platform already ships; a senior practitioner makes every call.

Nothing concrete yet? We bring the list.

Who it's for

One place. We choose on where it matters most.

  • You are attending or attended Community Summit NA 2026.
  • A mid-market business or nonprofit running Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Power Platform. Microsoft partners, ISVs, and consultancies are not eligible.
  • Your time: a kickoff call, two short conversations with your team, and a readout with your executive sponsor. Kickoff dates are agreed with each organization.

We'll choose the application where an independent answer changes the most: the need, the story, and whether we're the right people to answer it. Businesses and nonprofits both welcome. In return: a short case study, named or anonymized as you prefer, and a one-hour feedback conversation.

Apply for the place.

Apply through a short form. We'll send more details and the short list of what we need from you.

For Summit attendees from end-customer organizations, business or nonprofit. One place. Applications close October 31, 2026. We'll choose by mid-November, everyone who applies hears back then, and we deliver before the end of the year. If we don't choose you, we'll offer a free one-hour call on your list.
